   IRVINE COLONY COMMUNITY TENNIS RULES AND REGULATIONS Please note the proposed new rules in link below: https://colonytennis.blogspot.com/2024/03/colony-tennispickleball-court-rules.html Eligibility   1.      All homeowners may use the tennis courts during such hours as determined by the facility committee.    Court hours are  7am-10pm . 2.      All homeowners are allowed to bring guests. There must be at least one homeowner participating on court.    One homeowner can only use one court, unless the other court is not being used. 3.      Irvine Colony community tennis courts can only be used by its homeowners and their guests.    Trespassers will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law. 4.      Players must show valid picture ID with home address (such as driver’s license) upon request by other homeowners for proof of residency.    Players who failed to proof of residency must vacate the court.   Court Reservation and Play Time   1.      All court reservations must be ma

 Irvine Colony Club Tennis/Pickleball Rules FAQ 1. What is Play Time Log (PTL)? Play Time Log is a paper based check-in and check-out sign-up sheet to track court usage. Once this system is approved by the board of directors, it will be posted on the bulletin board inside the tennis/pickleball court. 2. What is the purpose of PTL? a. To track play time in order to avoid players from hogging the court. b. To track players who reserve the court but no show. c. To gather more accurate court utilization stats for future service enhancement. 3. Why can't we setup the PTL sheet online? We felt that players need to be physically on the court in order to check-in on the PTL sheet provides a more accurate stat. That said, we can review its effectiveness in 6 months and decide the best approach. 4. Can I use PTL to make court reservations? No. PTL is not a reservation system. It is an activity log. 5.
