New court rules 10/7/2024

  Dear Colony Residents, The new Tennis/Pickleball court rules were adopted at the 8/15/2024, Regular Board Meeting. The new rules take effect as of 9/26/2024 and will be strictly enforced starting Monday, 10/7/2024. Tennis/Pickleball Court Rules

Tennis/Pickleball Court Rules Adopted August 15, 2024 Eligibility Colony Club community tennis/pickleball courts can only be used by its residents and their guests. Trespassers will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law. Residents may not share/loan court keys or reservation accounts with non- residents. Players must show a valid picture ID with their home address (such as driver’s license) upon request by other residents for proof of residency. Players who fail to show proof of residency must vacate the court. All residents may use the tennis/pickleball courts during such hours as determined by the Board of Directors. The current court hours are from 7:00 am – 10:00 pm. daily. All residents are allowed to bring guests. There must be at least one resident participating on the court.
